About Manasum
Welcome to Manasum – Luxury Senior Living, founded in 2015, Manasum operates in the senior care and real estate industry, focusing on enhancing the lives of elderly through active aging, community-building, and wellness.
We started with a simple dream – to fashion spaces for seniors that are not just comfortable but downright joyful! Over four years of research around the globe, helped us unfurl our flagship project in 2020; Manasum Avighna in South Bangalore. The tremendous success of these 110 units in a 1 acre property is what fueled our passion. Our first award came in the form of the sheer exuberance we witnessed on the beaming faces of the seniors whilst enjoying the 50% open spaces which are blissfully unpolluted with pristine greenery all around!
That joy propelled us forward to deliver our second project Banyan at Godrej Royale Woods in North Bangalore in 2023. This intergenerational project is spread across 13 acres of verdant spaces and offers 191 cozy havens for the young at heart where conversations flow freely over a hearty meal.
The onset of 2024 brought with it the dynamic partnership between Manasum’s exceptional senior-centric services and Prescon’s design centricity, reliability and trust all under one roof with IKIGAI in Goa. Manasum is positioned as one of the pioneers in India’s emerging senior living sector—offering a high-quality, family-oriented environment that supports not just physical health, but also mental well-being and meaningful social engagement. Our focus is on reducing stress and helping seniors lead joyful, independent lives.
